Berkeley's Fisher Center for Real Estate, who says now is the time to buy and that mortgage rates will be much higher in five years." To date, the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Time, and The Atlantic have clocked in that--despite the jitters in the broader economy--there's no better time than now to buy a home.
